La cozza infuriata welcomes a new member of the family

We are more than happy to announce a new chef joining our family. Matt is a professional chef, with 15 years of experience. He graduated from Le Cordon Blue London and worked in the UK for 10 years. Luckily for us, he was missing the sun and decided to move to Malta. Matt is an expert when it comes to any kind of meat and he will be shortly implementing new dishes in our menu.
